EXCELLENT Based on 21 reviews Posted on RVerified Exceptional Honeymoon We had an exceptional experience, everything was organized well from A to Z.Our guide was wonderful , the hotels were great and the agent was very well-mannered .Highly recommend!Posted on RVerified A wonderful trip to Rwanda and Uganda We went on an amazing and crazy trip through Amy Borg company - Africa4U - personalised Africa trip counseling and planning, a 16-day trip to Rwanda and Uganda June 2025.When we met with Ammi, an African expert, for a consultation conversation, Ammi asked us questions about expectations, desires, (physical) abilities, limitations and dreams. Amy opened a map of Africa and we began to think together about the right destinations for the trip. We felt that we were in good hands, that we had the listening and the ability to plan the desired trip.We started planning the trip with my people, in letters and conversations, and we had no idea where we would find ourselves or how much we would enjoy. The recommendation to visit Rwanda and Uganda was correct for us. The trip was carefully “sewn” by Amy Borg in front of the agency in Kigali, Rwanda - and Heder, representative of W International Tours, and eventually, we were accompanied by a highly professional in planning and in the field. John's adaptation of our wonderful string guide was perfect. John knew a lot and he could explain, describe and tell... everything. The hotels were good and some amazing in beauty, the culinary experience...Well...If we were thinking of relaxing here... 🙋 ♀️ Rwanda and Uganda illuminated our faces, plenty of green landscapes, water, animals and especially the special human experience. In conclusion, the company Nami Borg - Africa4U - counseling and planning a trip to Africa tailored to the perfect, unique vacation. Our guide, John, was exceptionally knowledgeable, highly professional, and wonderfully friendly—he truly made the experience special. This was our third trip with W International in East Africa, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them to anyone planning a trip in the region!Posted on SVerified Excellent ! W International tours were perfect! More than all - Hadar and her tours agency, W international Tours, we excellent. All was perfectly organized: Excellent hotels, both service was amazing and value for money too, the tour guy (Noro) was unbelievable care and responsive, food was good, and the assistance with planning the course of the 7 days tour. Rwanda is a country well prepared for a visit to see various sights including Gorilla, Chimpanzee, condense 1 day Safari, villages, tribes, view.Posted on I LVerified A wonderful adventure to a charming country with a thousand hills and lots of attractions and charming people We contacted the representative of the company after receiving a recommendation from a friend and from the very first moment we realized that we had come to the right place. She helped us a lot with the preparations for the trip, planning the route and everything we needed so that in a short time everything was ready and we were on our way. Upon landing in Kigali, the excellent guide was waiting for us, he was also very attentive and sensitive and communicated with us easily. He helped us a lot along the way as well. Our plan was a bit busy (well, Rwanda has a lot to offer) but we met all the targets precisely. By the way, you have to remember that Rwanda is a country of at least a thousand hills or rather mountains so that every attraction requires climbing. The guides help a lot, but it is still worth practicing a few weeks before the trip. Our trip included a cruise on Lake Kivu, chimpanzees, gorillas, canopies and several other nice routes. It is also recommended to try to see a school that was established about an hour's drive from Kigali by Ody and his daughter Dani (the Jonathan foundation) that provides education to thousands of students, an empowering experience. And finally when in Kigali don’t miss the genocide memorial.Posted on M RVerified Amazing Rwanda We had a great experience from the early stages of planning our 2 week trip to Rwanda with Hadar and Benilde. Hadar was always available, very responsive and knowledgeable and helped us tweak our plans to almost perfection. During our trip there were a few issues that came up (accommodation and activities) that needed to be resolved and Hadar was quick to respond and address them to our greatest satisfaction. Our driver and guide Emile was very pleasant and knowledgeable and made our experience very enjoyable.Posted on MVerified Bad experience Very bad experience with this company ,all commitments are fake and fabricated, pl opt for another company ,do confirm everything.Posted on L BVerified very good experience very good experience beautiful interesting country great trip organizationcompany gave personal attention and helped us with unexpected issuesPosted on AVerified One Of Best Life Experiences Hadar was linked to us by freinds - hard core travellers just coming back from Rwanda tour.Issac was chosen by Hadar to be our guide-driver for 12 intense days in Rwanda all along. We enjoyed his dedication to meet our style of tourism - say going down to earth and see, feel & smell locals' life in real. Our car engine broke down at one day out of nowhere (close to Colline Burenga village)Isaac initiative was to spend time in the downhill village of mud made houses. We went down the steep slope to the village, while he called to rush another car to go on track as planned Isaac talked to a kid from the said village to ask his family if the may will to host us to for a surprise visit at home (mid day)The kid came back accompanied with mom that was grateful for doing it & hugged us with innocent love for the rare luck sent from GOD to her to hosting strangers at her mosset home.'Home' means only walls and some ceilling, no stuff inside except a hand made mat, few clothes hanging on a rope and a fireplace of 3 stones. Isaac was translating all including emotions which were the most (on both sides) on this 2 hrs. experience at this mud and straw basic house. It became our tour highlight as we could satisfy our curiosity by giving back some support to help a family in need.this mother (single +1 child) and took a wide place in our printed 2 albums we make after Rwanda tour.Isaac's recommendation to skip the domestic flight back to Kigali and drive 10 hrs. across Rwanda was another proof of his commitment to our wishes. We visited already 6 other countries with poorness, and we love Rwanda now more !Posted on O NVerified Enjoy Rwanda&Uganda with Hadar We really recommend Hadar if you're planning a trip. She set up an awesome 13-day tour of Rwanda and Uganda for us that was just what we wanted. She was always there to help us with any changes or questions quickly and efficiently. Our driver-guide, Amon, was amazing too, and we definitely recommend him. He knows a lot and was super helpful.
